Even if you select Checkout+, the following item types remain ineligible for return (unless our policy specifically states otherwise):

• Sale items (all sale items are final sale)
• Multi-Packs
• Worn or laundered items
• Items with hang tags removed  

What “eligible for free returns” means

If your order is eligible under our return policy, Checkout+ may help cover the cost of your return (as shown at checkout).
If an item is not eligible under the return policy—Checkout+ will not override that eligibility.
