Please go to the Hanky Panky Return Center and select "Returning a Gift?" to initiate and process your return/exchange. 

You will need to know the order number - you can find this on the package slip under "Purchase Order Number" on the right-hand side. If you need assistance finding this information, don't hesitate to reach out to our Customer Service Team!
