A $10 shipping charge will be deducted from your refund or credit for your return ($14.00 if returning from Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico).

The credit will be applied within 30 days once the returned merchandise is received and inspected. We will refund the purchase amount to the original form of payment.

Initial shipping charges and return shipping fees are non-refundable. If the item(s) is returned 30+ days after receipt, your refund will be in the form of a hankypanky.com merchandise credit. Items returned more than 60 days after delivery are non-refundable.
