Exchanges are free! Please visit the Hanky Panky Return Center to initiate and process your exchange. 

You will need to know the order number - you can find this on the package slip under the Purchase Order Number on the right-hand side. You will need to know the shipping address and zip code as well. 

Once in the portal, you can select "Exchange".
