Exchanges are free!

To initiate and process your exchange, please visit the Hanky Panky Return Center.

Make sure to have the following information ready:

• Order Number: This can be found on the package slip under "Purchase Order Number" on the right-hand side.
• Shipping Address and Zip Code.

Once you're in the portal, simply select "Exchange." We offer a wide variety of advanced exchanges once within the portal. If you require assistance, don't hesitate to reach out to our customer service team!
