If you are not satisfied with your purchase from hankypanky.com, you may return or exchange full-priced, unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise with all original tags attached within 30 days of receiving your package. Refunds will be credited back to your original form of payment.

Please note that a $10 shipping charge will be deducted from your refund or credit for the shipping label provided by Hanky Panky for your return. Returns from Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico will incur a $14 fee. For international returns, the cost will vary based on the specific return expenses.

Additionally, items purchased from any retailer other than hankypanky.com must be returned directly to that retailer. We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that do not meet acceptable hygiene and health standards.
