We sincerely apologize if you have received a faulty item!
Please send an email to [email protected]. We would like for you to provide:
- Order Number
- Product name and size
- Images of the item as a whole and where the issue can be seen clearly. Please note images of the item laying flat are better than images of it being worn so we can see the details
Once we have received all the images required, we will evaluate and do our best to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
