What if I'm missing an item?Updated 7 hours ago

We're so sorry that there's an item missing from your order! Before contacting us, we recommend checking the following:


  • Review your order, both from the order confirmation you received and from the shipping confirmation. If the shipping confirmation does not reflect your order confirmation, the item missing may have gone out of stock before the order was processed and you may have been refunded. 
  • Send us a photo of the package you received so we can check if there has been a possible mistake at our distribution center. 

What can we do for you:

  • In case the item is in stock, we will check if it is possible to send you a replacement. If not, we can offer store credit and/or a refund.
